PC Series ROM Update for HP iPAQ rx1950 Pocket Type: BIOS This package contains the ROM Update Utility (RUU) and ROM image for the listed iPAQ handheld models and operating systems.­ The ROM Update Utility replaces the current ROM image on the handheld with an updated version.­Important Note!IMPORTANT:This update utility is designed to replace the current ROM image and erase the partnership and all user data and programs on the handheld.­ It is important to read and understand the information in the Readme file included with this update BEFORE installing this package.­IMPORTANT:Performing the ROM update through a USB hub is not recommended because it may cause the host PC to receive a "General Protection Fault" error,­ thereby forcing a reboot of the host PC on completion of the ROM update.­
