iPAQ Pocket PC h4300 Series ROM Update for HP iPAQ h4355 Pocket Type: BIOS This package contains the ROM Update Utility (RUU) and ROM image for the listed handheld model.­ IMPORTANT: This update utility replaces the current ROM image and erases the partnership and all user data and programs on the handheld.­ It is important to read and understand the information in the Readme.­txt file included with this update BEFORE installing this package.­ NOTE: The ROM date under Asset Viewer will not match the web release date.­ The "Asset Viewer" date should not be used to determine the level of the ROM revision.­Important Note!This update utility replaces the current ROM image and erases the partnership and all user data and programs on the handheld.­ It is important to read and understand the information in the Readme.­txt file included with this update BEFORE installing this package.­ It is not recommended that you restore a previous back-up after you upgrade the ROM on your iPAQ Pocket PC.­ Due to configuration changes in the registry,­ restoring old files could cause system performance issues.­ The ROM date under Asset Viewer will not match the web release date.­ The "Asset Viewer" date should not be used to determine the level of the ROM revision.­
